We will happily exchange or refund you within 60 days of the purchase date.

My Big Bag will not accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

A refund of only the product price will be given once the item has been received in original condition and packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge. 

In the event that items are faulty or not as per ordered please lodge a claim at:  hello@mybigbag.com

Please include the following:

  • Photographs (as supporting evidence)

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Phone Number

Our customer care team will contact you to make arrangements for the return of the product. Once returned and inspected, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
